He’s dressed in a helmet, goggles, hoodie and tracksuit pants, and as he pulls off his hoodie it appears he’s wearing a sports bra over his T-shirt.

In CCTV, the man struggles to take the sports bra off for a few seconds before yanking it over his head.

Objects appear to fall from inside the bra cups as he removes the item of clothing, and he begins scoping out the area.

The man walks to a nearby entrance and looks around, appearing puffed, and walks out of shot.

Anyone who recognises the man in the vision, has information to assist investigators or may have witnessed the incident, is asked to call police.
