Police are investigating a horror early morning crash after a motorbike collided with a boat trailer on the Pacific Motorway in Brisbane’s south, killing the 19-year-old rider.

Police are investigating a horror early morning crash after a motorbike collided with a ute that was pulling a boat trailer on the Pacific Motorway, killing the rider.
The crash happened in the southbound lane between the Klumpp Rd and Marshall Rd exits at Mount Gravatt about 4.30am.
The motorcyclist, a 19-year-old man from Eight Mile Plains, suffered critical injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Motorists were asked to avoid the area with traffic building with police closing multiple lanes.
Commuters who passed the crash said it was an awful thing to witness.
“I went past this at the time they were giving him CPR. Worst thing I have ever seen,” one woman wrote on Facebook.
Another motorist wrote: “Was definitely horrible to see on my way to work this morning.”
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
Police urged any witnesses or people with dashcam footage to contact them.
