Police are searching for a man involved in a stabbing in Brisbane’s West End that left two men in hospital.

In a statement, police say a fight broke out between three men at an address on Boundary St about 12.34am on Sunday.

The alleged assailant stabbed the other two 21-year-old men with a knife during the fracas. One of the victims was stabbed in the hand and leg and the other was stabbed in the shoulder and arm. Both were taken to the RBWH in a stable condition.

CCTV footage captured the horrifying screams of onlookers during the incident, showing the attacker flee the scene before emergency services arrived. Detectives don’t believe that the man was known to the two victims.

An investigation is ongoing but police say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
