Man dies month after alleged assault at Landsborough
A man has died in hospital after he suffered critical injuries to his head in an alleged assault on the Sunshine Coast last month.

A man has died from critical head injuries on Saturday after he was allegedly assaulted on the Sunshine Coast last month.
On March 11 at 4.30pm emergency services were called to a house on Caloundra St in Landsborough where a 31-year-old man had sustained critical head injuries.
The victim, a Morayfield man, died in hospital early on Saturday morning.
Police charged a 38-year-old Caboolture South man with grievous bodily harm on March 31.
The charge is expected to be upgraded to unlawful striking causing death when the man next appears in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on April 12.
Police will allege the pair were known to each other.
