Graham Shawn Cleary pleads guilty to manslaughter of Adam Davies at Booval
A man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a 29-year-old man at Ipswich in 2019, with prosecutors dropping a murder charge.

Prosecutors have dropped the murder charge against the man accused of killing 29-year-old Adam Davies in 2019.
Graham Shawn Cleary instead pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter during a brief appearance in the Brisbane Supreme Court on Monday.
It’s alleged Mr Davies, a Raceview father, was stabbed during an incident at a Bergin Street unit complex in Booval on January 5, 2019.
Cleary had been due to face a two-week murder trial starting on Monday but the trial was called off after prosecutors instead accepted his plea to a charge of manslaughter.
Cleary, from Ipswich, is currently in custody.
His case was listed for sentence on Monday, October 18.
