A Southern Downs man accused of indecent treatment charges will return to court in the new year.
Gabriel Thomasso Cupido faced Warwick Magistrates Court on Monday, November 18.
The man is accused of four counts of indecent treatment of children under 16, child under 12.
It is understood Mr Cupido has dual citizenship and works as a cleaner in the Southern Downs area.
Mr Cupido has not entered a plea to any of the charges at this stage.
Duty lawyer Phillip Crook represented the man, telling the court the brief of evidence had been received, however, there had been “some issues” with Legal Aid funding.
The matter will return to court in 2025.
