A man has been charged after a 19-year-old was stabbed with a pitchfork during an argument at a home in Cunnamulla in western Queensland.

A 29-year-old man has been charged with stabbing another man with a pitchfork during an argument at a home in Cunnamulla.
Police allege the 19-year-old was stabbed in the arm after the two men got into an argument at a Wicks St home about 9.30am Saturday.
The victim was taken to Cunnamulla Hospital before being transferred to a Brisbane hospital for treatment and surgery.
Police arrested a 29-year-old man at a nearby home soon after the incident.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Charleville Magistrates Court on Monday, May 23 charged with grievous bodily harm and wounding.
