A man has been charged after an alleged wounding at a home at Ipswich on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to a private residence at Raceview St about 8am.
Police will allege an altercation occurred between two men, one 29 years of age and the other 30, during which the 29-year-old Russell Island man received a cut to his arm.
He was taken in a stable condition to the Ipswich Hospital.
The other man, Nathan George Skinner, 30, of Eastern Heights, was charged with wounding and is due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Skinner’s matter was mentioned in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
No bail application was made.
Magistrate Jason Schubert adjourned it to October 4 for committal mention.
Skinner was remanded in custody and will appear via videolink.
