CCTV footage obtained by 9News showed a staff member fight to prevent alleged robbers leaving the store, before they were pushed down to the ground.

Four teenagers allegedly returned to the business a day later, demanding money, but fled on foot empty-handed.

Police located the teens nearby a short time later and took them into custody.

A 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy have been dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.

Store owner Aya Jawad told 9News it was terrible.

“Everyone’s really traumatised by this,” she said.

“We just don’t feel safe at all.”

Investigations are ongoing.
