Armed robbery south of Brisbane
Police are on the hunt for two men who robbed an 18-year-old man before smashing him in the face with the handle of a weapon south of Brisbane on Saturday.

Police are on the hunt for two men who robbed a teenager at Logan on Saturday.
Shortly after 2am an 18-year-old man was walking along Tamborine Waterford Rd, Waterford when a vehicle pulled over.
Police allege two men exited the vehicle wearing balaclavas and threatened the man with what appeared to be firearms.
The two men demanded the 18-year-old’s jacket, wallet and phone and he was allegedly struck in the face with the handle of the weapon by one of the men.
As the 18-year-old handed over his property, one of the men shot him in the face with gel pellets.
It was only then the 18-year-old realised the firearms were gel blasters.
The two men fled the scene in a Mitsubishi sedan.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
