WIFE murderer Gerard Baden-Clay has been banned from accessing his jail library after being a “pain”, prison officers say.
Baden-Clay, 48, had been pushing the boundaries of getting access to the library at Brisbane’s Wolston jail when he was banned.

The ban is for an undisclosed period of time.
It means he won’t be able to use the prison’s library or have access to its educational programs.
The library itself is large and there are programs held Monday to Friday, with units getting access on different days.
“He was being a pain,” an officer told The Courier-Mail.
“For getting access to the library when he shouldn’t have.
“He has been banned from education until further notice.”
When asked about the library ban, a Queensland Corrective Services spokesman said they did not comment about individual prisoners for safety and security reasons.
“Breaches of discipline by prisoners in correctional centres can result in prisoners losing certain privileges, such as access to library facilities, not receiving contact visits, not using electronic media and being moved to different units or correctional centres,” a spokesman said.
Baden-Clay was jailed in 2014 for a minimum of 15 years for murdering his wife Allison.
She disappeared from the couple’s Brookfield home in April 2012 and her body was found 10 days later under the Kholo Creek Bridge at Anstead.
The former real estate agent was jailed with other murderers, sex offenders and criminals at Wolston prison at Wacol.
He was previously described as a “model prisoner” by officers and he had been given extra privileges for his good behaviour.
Officers said he had accepted his fate and kept a low-profile in the high-security jail.
“If they don’t have breaches, they get an extra visit, extra things on their (canteen) buy-up,” the source previously said.
