Nintendo Direct gives new details on Super Smash Bros

Nintendo to Double Production of Switch Console

ONE of Nintendo’s most anticipated titles is coming to its Switch console later this year and fans have been given a new sneak peek.

Super Smash Brothers was first teased back in March before gamers got some real information at the E3 conference in June.

Now, during a Nintendo Direct stream event overnight the company has revealed what gamers can expect when the game is finally released on December 7.

There will be five new characters coming to the Super Smash Bros family including Castlevania’s Simon Belmont, King K. Rool from Donkey Kong Country, and Echo Fighters Chrom, Dark Samus and Richter Belmont.

There will be several new modes including an in-depth training area and a multiplayer tournament.

The Switch game will have 103 stages in total, including a feature that allows you to “morph” between them mid-fight.
