THIS 22-year-old makes $1 million a year playing video games.

Matt Haag, who goes by the name Nadeshot (short for “grenade shot”), is a competitive Call of Duty player who travels the world competing in live tournaments that can pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money.

But his winnings pale in comparison to money he earns live-streaming his gameplay to his 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube.

“Social media is the most important part of what I do,” the former McDonald’s worker told the New York Times, adding that he is paid per viewer.

His latest video — an update about all the press he is getting — has been seen more than 200,000 times. His most popular clip has close to 2 million views.

Haag’s online following is so vast that he has attracted several major corporate sponsors, including Red Bull.

The energy drink maker recently rented a bungalow in Venice Beach, California, so Haag and several other pro gamers could train — including yoga and healthy eating sessions.
