TELSTRA has confirmed it has resolved an outage affecting some of its cloud services, including its private cloud platform and applications.
The outage affected a number of Telstra’s online features including access to Telstra.com, MyAccount, Online Billing, the Telstra 24/7 app, Telstra Consumer Webmail and some Telstra Wholesale apps.
“We have resolved an issue which impacted access to our cloud services for some of our enterprise customers and access to some of our online services,” a Telstra spokesperson told news.com.au. “Services are back online and should be working normally. We sincerely apologise for the impact and we continue to investigate the cause.”
It’s understood the issue had been affecting users since 4.45am this morning.
In a previous update this afternoon, the telecom giant said the team was “still working to fix” the issue.
Update: Our team are still working to fix an issue that is currently impacting access to some Telstra apps and https://t.co/Qi677WI7rj as well as cloud access for some enterprise customers. There is no impact to 000 services. Thanks for your patience.

I have heard reports that your data centre in Sydney is having problems. I have a CSX connection which has been offline since 445 am. Can you please advise an ETA?

So over @Telstra wasted about 3 days of my life, booked time off work for an installation which no one ever showed up for, all staff members I speak to are incompetent, place me on hold for 10 minutes then put me through to the wrong department, cancelling my account out of rage.

The telco has been hit with multiple outages in the past year, which prompted its shares to drop to a seven-year low in May.
At the time, it said network issues on mobile services were caused by a software default.
