Former jockey turned OnlyFans tipster Libby Hopwood says she copped abuse long before she defected to working on the steamy website. Now it’s par for the course.

Even before Libby Hopwood launched her steamy new career on adult website OnlyFans she had read all the abuse directed her way.

Firstly about her riding skills as a former jockey and then as a Sky Racing pundit.

“It’s been ongoing,” Hopwood said. “I was copping crap when I was riding. Humans have a negative bias and the internet has given them a megaphone.”

Hopwood raised a few eyebrows when she transitioned from mainstream media to launching her own boobs and bets page.

She started the site last September but now has enough subscribers who pay $15 a month to make it her full-time job.

Hopwood – who goes by the name Foxy.Miss on the website - gives out betting advice wearing lingerie.

“As a woman you’re seen as either nice and polite and you know your place so you’re a good girl,” Hopwood said. “But if you’re out spoken you’re a whore and open for vitriol.”

Trolls impacted Hopwood when she was a jockey. Her career came to a premature end after a bad fall where she suffered bleeding on the brain, broken collarbone, fractured shoulder blade, fractured vertebra in 2014.

She worked as a form analyst at Sky Racing for five years.

“It’s been a learning process to deal with it,” Hopwood said. “Some comments still get to me. When I launched with OnlyFans I did a podcast and they came after me pretty hard.

“They said I was using my body to get traction and “whatever” else. I’m a 30-yearold woman. I’m going to be having sex. I’m in a long-term relationship. It’s nothing to write home about.

“I’ve turned my Twitter settings to notify me for only people that I follow. So I know they are going to be friendly comments.

“Everyone can do what they want to do. Racing was my bread and butter. It’s harder in racing as it’s an old school mentality and when I launched my site I had a backlash from some people. I do make a habit of not looking for negative comments.

“I put up a bikini photo and people were losing their minds.

“I just want to create a place where people can do what they want to do and not get attacked by anonymous bots.”

Hopwood has her own business and is still at the horse stables each day.

“It was literally to dip your toe in and see what happens,” Hopwood said. “I have been amazed about the feedback and how well it’s done. It’s doing enough that it could be my entire income if I wanted.”
