The are the NSW Sydney and county teens chasing the biggest win of their lives at the new junior national girls titles and blowing people away with their talent
They come form the NSW city, country and regional areas and are our next generations stars of the women’s game.
Teenagers with talent to match their passion, speed equal to their determination.
Youngsters who have come to rugby from various sports, including touch and athletics but are now here to stay.
We have spoke to the coaches of the four NSW XV teams about to unleash at the new national juniors for girls on the Sunshine Coast.
And it’s clear we are about to be impressed.
We take a quick look at the teams hoping to come home with the silverware at the championships.
The Country Under 18 girls team has a mix of players from the Central West, Hunter, mid North Coast and Central North.
Central North has a whopping nine players in the NSW U18 Country squad in Emily Dietrich, Ella Gleeson, Faith Green, Lily Grieve, Mac Nielsen, Bonnie Porter, Regan Simpson, Scarlett Slade and Matilda Thompson.
Two regions have the next biggest representation in Hunter and Central West.
Hunter dominates with six players in the team in Isla Cameron, Lola-Rose Cooper-Girrard, Rubie Drake-Brockman, Pandora Green, Luca Stewart and Carissa Wendt.
Central West also has six players in the squad in Sala Joy Cameria, Joselyne Folau, Maddison O’Brien, Abbee Osborne, Amelia Sullivan and Sienna Sullivan.
The mid north coast has Maddison Coppola, Ruby Flanders and Elly Reichelt.
THREE TO WATCH FOR
RUBY FLANDERS: One to watch now and in the future. Looking very sharp and hails from the mid north coast with a younger sister in the under 16s.
EMILY DIETRICH: A No.9. nails from Tamworth and has played games at the Wildfires. Has a long rugby history with sevens and central north. Canny and tactical player who can spot opportunity.
LILY GRIEVE: A central north centre. Has a huge engine and technically sound. Dominant in defence and can run a hard ball. The real deal and has been in Waratahs Northern team this year.
In the NSW Country U16s girls squad there are eight players hailing from the Central Coast.
Jessica Boreham-Cole is joined by Sharleze Bartlett, Rylee Cash, Macy Field, Charli Hardgrave, Isabella Newton, Angel Ngungutua and London Nowers.
Hunter is another zone with plenty of talent in this squad with Ruby Brochtrup, Annabelle Brown, Ellazae Elers, Molly Fitzhenry, Abbey Kelly, Matilda Lewer, Emma McRae and Zoe Smith
Central North has Grace Dietrich, Lorraine Townsend and Olivia Perret, Illawarra has Ruby Seitula and Te-Paea Papa, Central West has Little clout and Zahli Millsteed and mid North Coast has Poppi Flanders.
THREE TO WATCH
ANGEL NGUNGUTUA: In her final year in this age group and playing with confidence and maturity. Great game awareness and communication and a good leader.
ZOE SMITH: A forward and just 14 so this is her first big event. Her work rate off the field is excellent and her communication and organisational skills are outstanding.
RUBY SEITULA: Her third country representative jersey and still only 14. She actually qualified for the 16s squad when 12. A weapon. Her set piece and attack are exceptional and her work rate sets her apart.

WHAT AUS COACH WANTS FROM MALE PLAYERS
The Sydney Junior Rugby Union under 16 girls squad has an assortment of players from across the City region.
There are six players from Penrith in Alayna-Rose Wigmore, Isabelle Brown, Jayzianna Ruaporo, Silia Tuitufu, Tarnaya smith and Marley Skinner.-Parai
The Parramatta Two Blues have Sky Melrose, Chelsea Falls, Selene Koi-Ngaruhe, Aleana Vaiusu-Uati and Serenity Tuianekore.
Players from the northern beaches are Manly‘s Praise Bainivalu, Warringah Sammi Shaw, Manly‘s Scarlett Mitchell, Madeleine Simmons and Layla Tonga, Warringah‘s Leilani Ainscough and Mya Barnabas and Manly‘s Lara Murray.
Randwick players are Darci Tuirnui and Poppy Whitaker and Marie-Lou Steele.
SELENE KOI-NGARUHE: A centre and at times fly half. A quiet achievers who just gets on with the job but makes an impact. Never needs to be told twice, just does her job.
SCARLETT MITCHELL: Mobile with good agility and very enthusiastic. Has great character on the field and is great at hyping her teammates up. Hails from Manly on Sydney‘s northern beaches.
TARNAYA SMITH: Another returning talent for city from
Penrith in Sydney’s west. She was in the 14s last year. Also a Waratahs Junior academy play for 15-a-side. A very talented fullback.
The powerhouse club Sydney University club dominate the Sydney Junior Rugby Union U18 girls team,.
Molly Adamson is joined by Nancyann Bogiso, Jewel Faaui, Tenaria George, Ellisa Langi, Kailani Leota, Millie Parker, Rastalia Smith, Modesty Grace Tafeuni, Kiana Vatubua, and Shayla Wilson.
Randwick has a number of players in Violet Munro, Arabella Whitehead and Sofia Wilson.
Manly players are Salote Koula, Anita-Jane Saito, Kidada Thomas, Esther Tuipulotu and Ella Walker.
Gordon has Lola Harrison and Southern Districts has Lusiana Vesikuila.
THREE TO WATCH
KIANA VATUBA: Sydney Uni player and very exciting young gun who plays on the wing and fullback. Will be watched with great interest.
ELLA WALKER: The No.8 and also part of the NSW CHS team at the NSW schools championships. An exciting talent who is also part of the Emerging Waratahs squad.
MILLIE PARKER: Well know to rugby fans and a Waratahs women’s player. A Cental Coast player with talent to burn and slinky skills.
