Nudgee College 29 bt Churchie 5
Churchie stung Nudgee College with the opening try before the skilful and patient blue-and-white tide took control of the feature Round Eight clash.

Terrace 26 bt Ipswich Grammar 24

Ipswich Grammar flyhalf Meli Dreu showed some nimble footwork, rumbling Romeo Tanielu set up the platforms for two tries and alert centre Clyde Rapilla scored his try from a sharp inside pass.
The See kick from the tee to win it bounced on the crossbar, an epic finish at Tennyson for neck injury boy Conor Tweedy to savour beside the team bench in his wheelchair.
State High 24 bt BBC 19
State High’s best win of the season was fuelled by a four-from-four goalkicking effort and sound game control from flyhalf Moses Jones.
He banged over a late penalty goal when BBC’s Carter Gordon could not.
Lock Zeph Tuinona has been a rock in the pack all season and generated excellent lineout ball as part of the team’s strong pack effort.
At 14-all, it was wide open and BBC winger Shayden Stevens gave his side every chance with two tries on the day.
Toowoomba Grammar 14 bt Brisbane Grammar 12
A terrific 14-12 win to the visitors from Toowoomba, especially after losing influential No. 8 Ronin Hassall to injury.
