Maroochydore (Dave Hume): “I think Bond. I think it's going to be the young ones that win it for them as they’ve just got that talent across the park and they’re really well coached which can give them the edge.”

Wilston Grange (Brenton Meddings): “I think Aspley will get up in the seniors. I think their coach has got a really good squad to work with and they‘re just a really good outfit. There in a bit of an underdog situation but I’m looking forward to it.”

University of Queensland (Ross Clayfield): “I think Aspley is going to get up. I think if it was a home and away game I'd put my money on Bond but as everyone knows anything can happen in a final and on the big day I think the experience of the bigger bodies and the strength around stoppages might just upset some of the younger, super talented Bond players. I think there’s seven players in the Aspley side that have experienced premiership success over the past two years which I think will hold them in good stead.”

Yeronga (Lisa Milne): “I think it’ll be Bond by 10, and BOG will be Courtney Daniec in a losing team.”

Coorparoo (Rebecca Randazzo): “With their u18 state star back, dry conditions and a big ground Bond will go in favourites. Bond’s athleticism and run are well suited to these conditions and will fill off confidence after defeating Southport to qualify. For Bond, Havana Harris, Tara Harrington and Ava Usher are important. All are classy players and great users of the ball.

Aspley – Lucy Pengelly is key – important from a defensive perspective but also plays a role in launching their attack.

Rania Crozier and Jess Stallard have the ability to kick goals the question will be if Aspley can win the territory battle and give their forwards enough opportunities. We know they are very efficient when it does go in.

BOG will need to be Lucy Pengelly for Aspley to win, or Harris for Bond to get on top.”

Southport (Peter Doherty): “I think it will be a tough game which pits the experience of Aspley against the sparkling youth of Bond. If Bonds’ youth plays to potential I think they win by 18 points. Look for Ava Usher to be Best On Ground.”
