EXPLAINED: How Dally M voting works
Kyle Feldt: Cowboys v Panthers, Round 16
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it that thing AFL types call a ‘mark’? Nope, it’s Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt in full flight.
With the game in the balance and only 2 minutes on the clock, Michael Morgan kicks for Feldt who out leaps Josh Mansour and plucks the ball from thin air to score in the corner.
Tariq Sims: Dragons v Panthers, Round 25
It was the individual play which kept the Dragons’ season alive with one round to play. A routine ball return from Penrith’s Dallin Watene-Zelezniak goes horribly wrong as he’s met by Tariq Sims in a one on one tackle.
Sims uses his brute strength to deliberately strip the ball and streak away to score what was the decisive try of the match.
Jordan Rapana: Raiders v Sea Eagles, Round 8
If there is one player who can find a spectacular put down it is this man ... and none are as spectacular as his try against the Sea Eagles in the 72nd.
Five-eighth Blake Austin’s kick to the corner looked to be going dead for all money but Rapana miraculously beats the dead ball line to ground the ball.
Bevan French: Eels v Bulldogs, Round 17
It’s a Bevan French special! After receiving a deft pass from the hand of Mitchell Moses, French only has eyes for the tryline.
He breaks through the line, backs himself with a chip over the Bulldogs defence and regathers to score a brilliant individual try.
