Canterbury’s innovative approach to overcoming lack of major sponsor

The Bulldogs have taken the innovative approach by attracting a sponsor exclusively for the return of the nine’s competition.
Canterbury will have Western Australian-based national mineral drilling contractor DDH1 Drilling on the front of their jersey’s for the two day tournament in Perth next month. The Bulldogs will wear a special nines jersey for the return of the competition.
“To be able to partner with DDH1 Drilling is fantastic news for the club as we look to create our footprint in Western Australia,” Bulldogs boss Andrew Hill said.

“With the upcoming NRL Nines leading into taking a home match to HBF Park on the 18th of July, we have shown how determined we are to form a strong link with Western Australia and to become the club of choice for people within the state.”
DDH1 Drilling are a national company that have a strong presence in Western Australia
Canterbury are still searching for a major sponsor for the regular season.
