Five things we learned: Broncos beaten by Eels on home turf
KODI Nikorima went missing while Semi Radradra demolished everything in his path as the Broncos got bullied again on a nightmare night at Suncorp Stadium.
Broncos
Don't miss out on the headlines from Broncos. Followed categories will be added to My News.
1. BRISBANE’S forwards were monstered by the powerful and energetic Eels. Only one Broncos forward made more than 100m, hardworking back-rower Josh McGuire running for 105m in a solid effort. Adam Blair (33m) was quiet and made numerous mistakes.
2. KODI Nikorima must step up in the big games at the end of the season if Brisbane is going to be a premiership threat. Nikorima has had two quiet games where he has been outshone by Anthony Milford.

3. THE Broncos were bullied by Parramatta, again. It happened four weeks ago and the Eels got under the skin of Brisbane constantly to rattle the Broncos. In Brisbane’s past three losses against the Storm and Eels (twice) they have been physically outplayed by their opposition.
4. EELS winger Kirisome Auva’a scored the fastest try since the NRL’s creation and what could be a contender for the quickest in first grade history. Auva’a scored just 12 seconds after the kick-off, pouncing on a loose offload from Broncos prop Adam Blair.
5. SEMI Radradra could be destined for a fairytale farewell from Parramatta. Radradra scored a sensational hat-trick inside the opening 20 minutes as the Broncos struggled to contain the Parramatta giant.
