BEN Barba is warming to his role at fullback for the Broncos and the fans are starting to warm to him.

Supporters can be fickle and Broncos fans have been hard on big-name signing Barba in 2014 but his efforts in a chilly national capital on Monday night won his plaudits.

Barba was rated better than a seven-out-of-10 by more than 57 per cent of respondents in The Courier-Mail’s Fan Favourite survey. in which we invite you to rate the Broncos. Cowboys and Titans players out of 10 each week.

He scored an eight from 28 per cent in the big win over the Raiders.

Eight Broncos _ Barba, Justin Hodges, Dale Copley, Ben Hunt, Josh McGuire, Andrew McCullough, Sam Thaiday and Matt Gillett _ were rated eights and only interchange players fell below sevens.

Cowboys fans weren’t as happy with their players in the loss to Parramatta, handing our sixes virtually across the board.

The exception was Johnathan Thurston who rated an eight from 23 percent of respondents and seven from another 27 per cent.

Fullback Michael Morgan and centre Brent Tate also scored sevens in the loss.

Only two Titans left Robina with pass marks from fans following the loss to Penrith. Man mountain Dave Taylor was rated an eight and winger David Mead got a seven, the rest were gives and sixes.

The Titans are the only Queensland team in action this week and fans will have to wait until Monday night to rate them.
