GREG Inglis will run out for the Kangaroos in Friday’s Trans-Tasman Test despite stats showing he is one of the most out-of-form players in the NRL.
The Test great’s SuperCoach worth has plummeted by $104,100 this season — the 10th biggest drop of any player.
Inglis has notched just two tries and two try assists this season as he battles ongoing knee issues.
Kangaroos teammate Semi Radradra (-$134,100) has seen the biggest drop of any player after starting the year as the most expensive player in the game.
SuperCoaches are lining up to cash in on the discount price, coupled with an impeccable bye schedule.
Radradra is currently the fifth most purchased player of the round, despite the Parramatta salary cap crisis clouding the immediate future of the Eels.
In terms of cheapies, Edrick Lee has dropped by $92,900 to $151,500. The Raiders winger looms as a sneaky bye purchase due to a break even of 10, ownership of just 2.7 per cent and a great schedule.
The Maroons have reason to be concerned about the form of Dane Gagai, who is considered a near-certainty for Origin I after making his debut last year.
Gagai has seen the third biggest price drop of any player, notching just one try and no try assists this year.
In all, 10 current and former major nation Test players make the list — Inglis, Radradra, Akuila Uate, Brett Stewart, Dylan Walker, Luke Lewis (Australia), Lewis Brown, Simon Mannering (New Zealand), George Burgess and Jack Reed (England).
