Queensland has taken a giant step towards a third-straight State of Origin series victory after downing NSW 38-10 in Game One.

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow scored a hat-trick, Ben Hunt bagged a double and there were stars all over the field for Billy Slater’s Maroons.
