Queensland have unveiled their new State of Origin jersey for 2019, in what is a new look for the Maroons as they fight to reclaim the shield.
After losing this year’s series to a rejuvenated NSW side, Queensland are taking a fresh approach to 2019 in what they’re calling a “modern twist on an old classic” for their jersey.

The QRL have brought back the white stripes to the Queensland jersey, but have also introduced two-tone maroon colours, with new sponsor Auswide Bank featured on the front.
Queensland coach Kevin Walters said the jersey was a nod to the proud past of the Maroons, but also looked ahead to the future.
The jersey release also comes with a special video campaign, featuring some of the side’s biggest fans across the state.
“Our fans are at the heart of everything we do – and I’m thrilled that some of our most dedicated supporters got to feature in the unveiling,” Walters said.
“It’s inspiring to have such strong support. Next year’s series is going to be extremely exciting for everyone involved, particularly with a home match at Suncorp Stadium followed by an historic game in Perth.”
