The 20-year-old flyer will join the Broncos in 2020 and push for a starting spot in Brisbane’s youthful backline.
The Auckland-born Arthars is adept at several positions including centre, wing and fullback and made his Titans debut at the Magic Round after scoring seven tries in as many games for Burleigh in the Intrust Super Cup.
Broncos coach Seibold has an intimate understanding of Arthars’ game, having first worked with him at the Melbourne Storm before coaching him at Souths in 2018.
Arthars then moved to the Titans late last year and has impressed Gold Coast insiders with his speed, skill and evasion.
The Titans were desperate to keep Arthars, tabling a lucrative offer, but the Broncos won his signature.
Arthars, who turns 21 next month, has failed to score in seven NRL games this season but impressed against the Broncos in round 13, setting up a try in a 26-18 upset at Suncorp Stadium.
