BARNSTORMING winger Kalifa Faifai Loa will link with former Cowboys coach Neil Henry at the Titans.
The 23-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Gold Coast side.
He shocked the Cowboys in September when he requested a release from the final year of his contract, saying: "I'm just not a Cowboy".
Faifai Loa managed just seven NRL games in 2013, falling behind Ashley Graham, Antonio Winterstein, Wayne Ulugia and Kyle Feldt in the wing pecking order.
The flyer adds to an impressive list of off-season recruits, joining the likes of Maurice Blair, Suiatonga Likiliki, Paul Carter and Christian Hazard as new Titans in 2014.
Faifai Loa will again come under the guidance of Henry, who has joined the Titans as assistant coach after being sacked by the Cowboys.
