Our experts check out the teams for NRL round 7 and offer their tips

Check which tipsters flew and which flopped last week, and see who they’ve banked on to gain an edge in Round 7.

Loz & Dog: ANZ Stadium redevelopment

PAUL Crawley continues to hold his lead but one slip up and the others could catch him.

Round 7 has some clear favourites with many of our NRL experts unable to predict what will happen between the Bulldogs and Warriors, two sides whose form has been a little hit and miss in 2016.

Follow Phil Rothfield, Dean Ritchie, Rebecca Wilson, Paul Crawley, Barry Toohey, Christian Nicolussi, David Riccio, Nick Walshaw, James Phelps and Paul Kent throughout the season for advice and tips.

Have they got it right this week or are some way off the mark?

ROUND 7 FIXTURES: Sea Eagles v Eels, Cowboys v Rabbitohs, Titans v Dragons, Bulldogs v Warriors, Broncos v Knights, Raiders v Sharks, Wests Tigers v Storm, Roosters v Panthers.

   Paul Crawley's top tips:

   Score so far: 31

No brainer: Broncos too much class for Knights.

Upset: Sharks going well but at home Raiders to bounce back.

Coin toss: Tough ask for Bulldogs on five-day back up from Melbourne to NZ.

   Paul Kent's top tips:

   Score so far: 30

No brainer: Broncos will be too strong for the Knights, brave as they are.

Upset: I couldn't tip it in the end but a fired up Dragons could get the Titans.

Coin toss: Hard to pick between the Raiders and Sharks.

   Nick Walshaw's top tips:

   Score so far: 29

No brainer: Brisbane. Morals.

Upset: St George Illawarra ... for where better to break a scoring drought than the Gold Coast?

Coin toss: Raiders/Sharks.

   Dean Ritchie's top tips:

   Score so far: 28

No brainer: How could you go past the Broncos, who should belt the Knights.

Upset: Raiders to bounce back from last week's loss with a robust win at home.

Coin toss: Sea Eagles v Eels. Rivals since 1947 and still can't be split.

   Barry Toohey's top tips:

   Score so far: 28

No brainer: A Knights win over Brisbane would rank as one of the great boil-overs.

Upset: Even without Luke Lewis, the Sharks have the firepower and consistency to knock over the Raiders.

Coin toss: Roosters/Panthers, Raiders/Sharks, Bulldogs/Warriors, Manly/Eels ... toss a coin for all four games.

   David Riccio's top tips:

   Score so far: 27

No brainer: Broncos. Too much class for a Newcastle outfit punching above their weight.

Upset: Providing they hold the football this week, they have enough strike power to bounce back.

Coin toss: Raiders back at home after two weeks on the road and have the forward pack to match Cronulla.

   James Phelps's top tips:

   Score so far: 26

No brainer: Adam Reynolds will make a difference ... but not enough to stop a Cowboys romp.

Upset: Going by form it's the Bulldogs' turn to lose. Up, down, up, down, up, down...

Coin toss: The Dragons will think this one is winnable. The Titans will already be banking the two points.

   Rebecca Wilson's top tips:

   Score so far: 24

No brainer: Broncos. Just because they're The Team.

Upset: Roosters. Just might have lit the flame.

Coin toss: Parra v Sea Eagles. Dead even.

   Phil Rothfield's top tips:

   Score so far: 22

No brainer: Storm too strong for the Wests Tigers across the park.

Upset: Can't find one. I've gone with most of the favourites.

Coin toss: Nothing separating the Panthers and the Roosters. Golden point possibility.

   Christian Nicolussi's top tips:

   Score so far: 21

No brainer: Broncos against a Knights team who got lucky against the Tigers.

Upset: Raiders and Sharks are both capable on their day. Good match-ups all over the park.

Coin toss: Wests Tigers at Leichhardt on a Sunday arvo with Teddy to shine (again).
