Loz & Dog: Will Nathan Peats stay or go?

IT’S tight at the top of the tipping ladder with just a few points separating the leaders.

Not many of them can find a standout upset this week, but some can sense there may be an outsider with a shot in Round 10.

Either way, our team has cast their eyes over this weekend’s fixtures and picked out some games that could make or break them.

Follow Phil Rothfield, Dean Ritchie, Rebecca Wilson, Paul Crawley, Barry Toohey, Christian Nicolussi, David Riccio, Nick Walshaw, James Phelps and Paul Kent throughout the season for advice and tips.

Have they got it right or are some of them way off the mark?

ROUND 10 FIXTURES: Dragons v Raiders, Eels v Rabbitohs, Panthers v Warriors, Storm v Cowboys, Sea Eagles v Broncos, Knights v Sharks, Wests Togers v Bulldogs, Titans v Roosters.

   Paul Kent's top tips:

   Score so far: 49

No brainer: Sharks will be far too tough for the Knights.

Upset: I can't see any upsets this weekend.

Coin toss: I did think the Eels were certainties, but recent developments have changed that. What's their mindset?

   Nick Walshaw's top tips:

   Score so far: 48

No brainer: Parramatta ... and its board.

Upset: Can't pick one. Although if you can stomach backing the Warriors, they seem to be some value at $2.50.

Coin toss: Canberra/Dragons. With both teams more unpredictable than a jilted lover.

   Paul Crawley's top tips:

   Score so far: 47

No brainer: Sharks too strong for Knights.

Upset: Something tells me Melbourne over Cowboys.

Coin toss: Eels v Rabbitohs, a case of who handles off field dramas best.

   Barry Toohey's top tips:

   Score so far: 47

No brainer: The Knights will put up a fight at home but aren't going well enough to get near the in-form Sharks.

Upset: The Warriors over the Panthers.

Coin toss: Surely the Eels will be affected by the events of past week. Souths are a big chance.

   James Phelps's top tips:

   Score so far: 45

No brainer: Sharks to beat the Knights. Enough said.

Upset: Rabbitohs to end talk of an Eels premiership.

Coin toss: Storm? Cowboys? Who knows... I'll go with the home team.

   David Riccio's top tips:

   Score so far: 45

No brainer: Winning is contagious and the Sharks chasing seven straight wins, the likes of Ennis, Gallen, Fifita, Maloney and Barba should prove too strong for the home side.

Upset: Panthers had a one-point win over Canberra, now they fly to NZ to take on a Warriors who welcome back some of their biggest names. Penrith will be bursting with confidence if they can pull a win off here.

Coin toss: Bulldogs were hardly impressive in recent weeks and they run out on Sunday minus Will Hopoate. Meanwhile, the Tigers welcome back Aaron Woods, Tim Grant and Mitchell Moses.

   Dean Ritchie's top tips:

   Score so far: 43

No brainer: Sharks. Might be playing at home but hard to pick Newcastle.

Upset: Dragons to finally show some attack and knock over the Raiders.

Coin toss: Sea Eagles-Broncos. Manly have a great track record at Suncorp.

   Rebecca Wilson's top tips:

   Score so far: 42

No brainer: Sharks. The Knights won't know what's hit them.

Upset: Maybe Storm. This is their time of year.

Coin toss: Panthers-Warriors. The two teams I never get right.

   Phil Rothfield's top tips:

   Score so far: 41

No brainer: Broncos to thump the Manly Sea Eagles on their home turf.

Upset: Storm has the potential to get the points against the Cowboys at a neutral venue.

Coin toss: Tigers v Bulldogs could go either way. Depends on which Canterbury team turns up.

   Christian Nicolussi's top tips:

   Score so far: 37

No brainer: Roosters will continue to win big with their stars back.

Upset: The Storm playing closer to Townsville than bleak city makes it tricky.

Coin toss: Tigers to make it a rare back-to-back win.
