JUST four NSW players were selected in former Queensland Origin coach Mal Meninga’s first Kanagaroos squad.
Now, Meninga’s former nemesis and current NSW Origin coach Laurie Daley gives his verdict.
Speaking to League Central TV, Daley said fans just had to suck it up.
“Mal is going with the tried and true, and players he’s coached,” Daley said.
“You always want to see more NSW players but now the team has been selected we fall into line and cheer the Kangaroos.”
