Footy fans attending Cbus Super Stadium at Robina are being encouraged to park away from the main stadium precinct for Saturday’s NRL trial between the Titans and Broncos.

Gold Coast City Council parking restrictions have limited parking immediately around the stadium to two-minute drop-off zones, unless a valid parking permit is displayed on the vehicle.

Additional parking has been provided at Robina Raptors (Robina Town Centre Drive) and on Laver Drive.

Standard bus and rail services are also running to and from Robina train station, with walking access to the stadium.

Fans, particularly those travelling from Brisbane for the game, are being encouraged to get to the ground early.

Saturday night’s game is the final hitout for both clubs before the NRL season starts in earnest in a fortnight.

The Titans and Broncos have both named close to full-strength teams, with former Test forward Matt Gillett making his return from a broken neck for Brisbane.

New recruits Tyrone Peachey, Shannon Boyd and Ryley Jacks will all play their first games for the Gold Coast.
