Live stream: Watch three days of action from the 2025 Tennis SA State League Grand Finals

South Australia’s top tennis clubs have been revealed after threee action-packed days of grand finals. Watch replays of the junior, men’s and womens decider REPLAYS here.

The third time was the charm for The Drive as the team finally got its hands on the women’s Tennis SA State League title on Sunday.

The Drive secured the title four matches to two over Seacliff, winning both doubles matches to prevail after losing the previous two grand finals.

Heading into the doubles both teams were locked at two wins each after the four singles matches.

The Drive’s Kristina Tai won her match over Seacliff’s Olivia Collins 6-3 6-0 before Rina Fujiwara made it 2-0 with a dominant 6-1 6-1 win over Seacliff’s Dayna Harrison.

Seacliff young gun Eliza Gauvin reduced the margin to one with a 6-2 6-2 win over The Drive’s Olivia Giotis before Seacliff’s Kate Brzostek levelled the contest with the best singles victory of the day.

She came back from a set down over an injured Vanessa Coszamanis to win 4-6 6-4 6-1.

The Drive then responded winning both doubles to claim the crown.

The team only needed to win one of those matches, after having a set advantage with Coszmanis winning one set in her loss.

Kristina Tai and Rina Fujiwara combined to give The Drive the title, beating Seacliff’s Dayna Harrison and Olivia Collins 6-2 6-1.

But the tie-breaker wasn’t needed with Nanami Ottewill and Olivia Giotis fighting back from a set down over Heidi Evans and Eliza Gauvin to win it outright for The Drive.

Seacliff won the first set 7-5 before The Drive fought back to win the second set 7-5 in two close sets between the two.

The Drive would then dominate the match tie-breaker, winning the first five points of the decider to gain control.

Ottewill and Giotis would win 10-2 to claim the win and the crown.

MEN’S REPLAYS

Peake Gardens Riverside has confirmed its status as the powerhouse Tennis SA Men’s State League after making it a three-peat of premierships on Saturday night.

And while it was triumph for Peake, it was heartbreak for Trinity Gardens with the Titans falling at the final hurdle to their grand final rival for the third straight year.

It was the doubles combination of Bradley Mousley and Daniel Hobart which clinched the title for Peake, defeating Trinity’s Michael Smith and Charlie Nicholas 10-6 in a tie-breaker.

JUNIOR REPLAYS

East Adelaide Payneham and Seacliff have been crowned Tennis SA Junior State League champions after two big grand finals at The Drive on Friday night.

EAP stormed to a convincing victory over Glenunga to claim the boys title while Seacliff had to fight hard against East Torrens Kensington Gardens but came away with a well-deserved girls premiership.

Every match was streamed live and exclusive on KommunityTV across three courts.

PREVIEW

The best of South Australian tennis is set to shine on an even bigger grand final stage, thanks to a new partnership between KommunityTV and Tennis SA.

For the first time ever, the Tennis SA State League grand finals will broadcast live and exclusive on KTV with three action packed days of tennis action.

Kicking off on Friday, February 28, the junior finals will start proceedings from 6.30pm before the men’s deciders begin at 5pm on Saturday, March 1.

The women will then round out the action from 11am on Sunday, March 2.

All finals will be played at the home of tennis in SA – The Drive.

“We’re thrilled to partner with KommunityTV to live stream all the action of the State League grand finals weekend,” Tennis SA Head of Tournaments and Competitions Dylan Hicks said.

“This is a huge step in profiling the incredible talent we have here in South Australia.

“The live stream gives us the chance to showcase the skill and dedication of our state league players, putting a well-deserved spotlight on the amazing level of tennis being played right here in our own backyard.

“It’s an exciting opportunity for fans, players, and the community to see just how strong and competitive our local tennis scene is.”

Action will begin on Friday with East Adelaide Payneham and Glenunga doing battle in the junior boys, while East Torrens Kensington Gardens takes on Seacliff in the junior girls.

State League men’s deciders hit the courts on Saturday as Trinity Gardens faces Peake Gardens Riverside.

Finally, The Drive and Seacliff close out the weekend in the women’s grand finals on Sunday.

The pinnacle of the competitions pathway in South Australia, the State League is a weekly fixture played over the summer season with SA’s highest level players competing for titles while the winning teams receive prize money and the prestige of being the best club team in the state.
