Gold Coast school Somerset College has capped off a massive weekend in Bundaberg after being crowned Netball Queensland Primary Schools Cup champions.
Somerset College outlasted an impressive Oxenford State School in what was a see-sawing championship grand final on Sunday.
Both schools showed plenty of fortitude on the courts, but it was late sharpshooting from Somerset College that helped them to a thrilling 8-7 win.
It capped off a great weekend of Primary Schools Cup action in Bundarber which included 53 teams and more than 500 players from across the Sunshine State.
