Day two of the Koori Knockout has come and gone with a number of key results to shape the rest of the long weekend.

POOL A
Some big names are set to be eliminated on Sunday with results going as predicted on the opening day.
Boomerangs Sports Club won’t be flying under the radar for long after a 52-0 win, and they could well meet Castlereagh All Blacks in the third round after they downed WAC Dragons 16-8.
Tweed and Wiradjuri Aboriginal Rivers is shaping up as the match to see from round two after both sides advanced.
WAC got its KO defence off to a flyer by hammering Wellington 42-14.

Waterloo Storm and Blacktown Red Belly Warriors are on a collision course for an encounter in the third round after both piled on the points in their first round games.
South Taree, under the watchful eye of Latrell Mitchell, took down Wilcania and face Dindima on Sunday.
Cabbage Tree Island 1 downed Darkinjung Waters in a hot first round match, and will now play Combined Countries who were on fire with a big 54-0 win in their opener.

An absolutely stacked Pool C saw the big guns fire to set up some mouth-watering clashes in round two.
Newcastle All Blacks will play their first game against a hot Bundjalung Baygal Warriors side after Walgett Young Guns forfeited.
The winner of that game could play La Perouse after they grinded out a 10-6 win over a strong Griffith Three Ways side.
Sydney All Blacks held WAR Veterans scoreless to book a clash with Campbelltown Ghosts, who had the first round bye.

Waterloo Storm Next Gen completed a great day for the club after edging out South Coast Sea Eagles 24-22.
Namina Common Connection and La Perouse 2 were able to keep their opponents scoreless, downing Maal Dhiiyaan and Narrungera United respectively.
