Won well on debut but didn’t have much luck second-up. Can bounce back on the bigger Pakenham track.

Let’s Trot ran well down the Flemington straight first-up and will be much fitter for his home-track assignment.

GEEMES (Race 4 No. 11 – $4.20)

Geemes was no match for a smart type at Sale but should enjoy getting up to 2000m on Thursday.

VALUE BET

SOCIALLY SASSY (Race 5 No. 11 – $15)

Socially Sassy is on trial at 2000m but is ready for a crack at the trip after three solid seconds this time in. She’ll go well again.
