FORBIDDEN CITY (Race 3 No.1 – $2.25)

Forbidden City chased well when resuming at Caulfield but will be fitter and looks well suited back in this grade. Hard to beat.

NEXT BEST

SHE’S PRETTY RICH (Race 7 No.5 – $4.40)

She’s Pretty Rich has good first-up form and was competitive in harder races last time in. Expecting her to fire fresh.

HE’s HANDSOME (Race 8 No.5 – $4.40)

He’s Handsome was an easy five-length winner on the synthetic last time out but his turf form is good enough to suggest he can win again.

VALUE BET

THALER (Race 6 No. 3 – $13)

Thaler has been OK without threatening in two runs back but getting up to 1400m and dropping a level in grade should bring improvement.
