BEST BET
WASCALY (Race 4 No. 1 – $3.10): Raced on the speed in a game win at Pakeham last time. Expecting him to be tough to get past again here.

NEXT BEST
EYE FOR AN EYE (Race 5 No. 6 – $4.60): Raced handy and boxed on well at The Valley second-up. Expecting him to relish the step up to 2400m at Sandown.

PULA (Race 7 No. 10 – $8.50): The talented filly was too good for her rivals at Bendigo second-up. She could handle the step up to city racing on Wednesday.

VALUE BET
HOTINHERRE (Race 8 No. 14 – $12): The mare produced a big finish to score on debut after two good jumpouts. She has ability and should be thereabouts.

THE JOCKEY
TOM PREBBLE
Jockey Tom Prebble heads to Sandown for five rides on Wednesday. I’M UNIQUE (Race 1 No. 2 – $251), CARDONE (Race 2 No. 3 – $7.50), WASCALY (Race 4 No. 1 – $3.10), PEEL THE STICKERS (Race 6 No. 2 – $10), VARANE (Race 8 No. 3 – $15).
