LADY VERITY (Race 1 No.7) Trialled well before proving far too good at Geelong first-up. Promising type that can measure up again on Wednesday.
`NEXT BEST
EXPEETEE (Race 5 No.1): The mare led throughout when breaking through at Wodonga last time. She’s drawn perfectly and looks a great chance to make it two in a row.
GROUSE MOUNTAIN (Race 7 No.1): She was narrowly beaten when resuming over the unsuitable 1000m at Caulfield Heath. She’ll be fitter and should again be hard to hold out.
VALUE BET
ONLYGOLDWILLDO (Race 6 No.10): Onlygoldwilldo should have finished closer when resuming at Geelong. He’ll be better for it and the rise in trip will suit.
