Sandown Hillside tips: Lucky Decision the best bet of the day for the Peter Moody stable

LUCKY DECISION (Race 4 No.2 – $4)

Lucky Decision chased home the in-form Military Expert at Caulfield second-up but drops in class for this. He ran second at Group 2 level over 1800m last time in and has been well-backed.

NEXT BEST

WICKLOW LASS (Race 2 No.5 – $5.50)

Wicklow Lass showed good ability when scoring on debut last time in before a sound effort in stakes class. She’s had more time to develop and will go close again fresh.

CULILY ACE (Race 7 No.11 – $5.50)

Culily Ace finished well when narrowly beaten by a promising mare last start. She’ll be at peak fitness for Wednesday’s race and should be thereabouts.

FINE DANE (Race 3 No.3 – $16)

Fine Dane hasn’t won for a while but his first-up record is solid and he races best over 1000m. He’s done enough in his trials and jumpouts to suggest he’ll be prominent fresh.
