MR BRIGHTSIDE (R7 No.1): Mr Brightside was made to work early and was vulnerable late in his narrow defeat to Another Wil in the CF Orr Stakes. There was a five-length gap to third. He will be a lot fitter here and has a better second-up record with five wins from seven attempts.

NEXT BEST

SEMANA (R6 No.4): Semana looks perfectly placed here against her own sex after a solid performance in the Group 1 CF Orr Stakes, which is clearly the best form race here. She ran home strongly for third in the Magic Millions Sprint first-up after she was slow out.

FIELD OF PLAY (R8 No.2): Field Of Play sat outside the leader and was still strong late in his colts and geldings Prelude win, which was nearly half a second quicker than the fillies Prelude. He’s drawn well in barrier five and looks suited to 1200m.
