Marhoona will be given a well-deserved break following her brilliant Golden Slipper win on Saturday, with trainer Michael Freedman already eyeing off a lucrative Spring campaign that could include the $20 million The Everest.
Freedman said the Snitzel filly had pulled up shin sore, which only added further merit to her victory in the $5 million two-year-old feature.
Marhoona only made her race debut at Canterbury on February 7, with her Slipper victory coming at just her third start.
