Brooklyn Boss is unbeaten first-up and won on the turf course first-up last time in. He has the quality to score fresh on the Ballarat Synthetic track.

NEXT BEST

ROCKET BOY (Race 4 No.8 – $2.60)

Rocket Boy was outgunned by Victoria Derby favourite Mr Maestro in wet ground at Flemington last time out but will be well suited back at maiden grade on Thursday.

STARLEA (Race 8 No.12 – $3.60)

Starlea raced consistently in town last time in and finds herself in a winnable first-up assignment on Thursday. She’s drawn to get the right run in barrier two.

It’s There has turned in two good efforts since returning from a freshen, including last time out on this track. He stays at 1100m for this and rates a great each-way chance.
