TIM Cahill has reportedly agreed a tentative deal to end his stay at New York Red Bulls and transfer to an United Arab Emirates club.
State-owned UAE newspaper The National reports Cahill is in talks with Abu Dhabi-based club Al Wahda FC for a move after the Asian Cup.
The National quotes Al Wahda sources stating a deal has been agreed with formalities to be concluded after the Asian Cup. The Socceroos all-time leading goalscorer has been linked with several clubs as his contract with the Red Bulls runs down.

Cahill has another year to run on his contract with the Major League Soccer club, which he joined from English Premier League side Everton in 2012.
But a decision to snub the A-League from the 35-year-old is unlikely to be greeted well by local fans currently enjoying his performances in the Asian Cup.
Cahill scored twice in Australia’s 2-0 victory over China to set up a semi-final with UAE on Tuesday night in Newcastle.
If concluded, the deal would see Cahill join compatriot and ex-Aston Villa forward Brett Holman in the UAE.
