A Chelsea supporter has been accused of calling the England international a “f****** black c***”, with the club since suspending four fans.
Sterling himself spoke out about the ‘racist attack’ where he claimed he just had to laugh as he was being the subject of vile comments, while also adding he expects no better.
His boss Pep Guardiola came out in defence of the ex-Liverpool winger, while Jurgen Klopp also praised the forward for his brilliant reaction.
And now Hazard has commended Sterling’s bravery, while also slamming the Blues supporters who took part in the sickening abuse.

Speaking on the incident, Hazard said: “The only thing I can say is, I support the player. Sterling is a fantastic player.
“There is an investigation, so we don’t know what will happen. They are called fans but, for me, they are not fans.
“Proper Chelsea fans just sing for Chelsea and enjoy the game.
“I am fully supportive of Raheem and this kind of racism cannot be in the stadium anymore.”
He added: “If he has something to say, he will say it. As a player, if I’m in the situation, I would say something.
“It does happen in football sometimes, not just in England but everywhere and it needs to stop. That’s it.”
