With the help of the gym’s trainer and with tips from magazines, Golem began on the path to becoming one of the world’s most imposing bodybuilders.

Men’s Health have revealed the contents of Golem’s typical daily diet.

He usually opts to eat seven meals, packing in the calories to supplement his gym work.

Golem begins at 8am by wolfing down 300g of rolled oats for breakfast.

He then has his first lunch at 11am, tucking into a staggering 108 pieces of sushi in one sitting.

The pieces of sushi are split into three plates of 36 and feature 1600g of rice and 800g of salmon.

Golem’s next meal comes at 3:40pm, when he has a bowl of fresh pasta accompanied by rice and olives.

He then has more pasta 70 minutes later, combining 300g of it with 200g of cheese.

At 7:30pm he devours another 1300g of beef alongside 700g of cottage cheese or ricotta.

He then finishes his day of meals at 9:15pm by helping himself to 14 pancakes drenched in maple syrup.

On his initial motives, Golem revealed: “As a child I wanted to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Stallone in Rambo.

“And when people passed me they saw a monster. I wanted to be as strong as my Hollywood idols.”
