Mitchell Starc was the star of Day 3, topscoring with 77 to help Australia take a 177-run first innings lead and then taking two wickets as England collapsed in the night session.

It’s been a solid start to Day 4 for the tourists and Australia will need to bat again, but Stokes still requires another trademark miracle to have any hope of avoiding a 2-0 series hole.
