Emanuel Williams had a debut to forget after being dubbed the “worst professional boxer in the world” as he was knocked out in the first round.
The 20-year-old lasted just 84 seconds against fellow American John Rincon on the undercard of Maurice Hooker’s WBO light-welterweight showdown with Alex Saucedo.

With the fight broadcast live on ESPN, fans couldn’t believe what they were witnessing as Williams pranced around the ring, seemingly unable to defend himself.
The youngster showcased no boxing skill and looked like a dear in headlights as he was easily wiped away by his 19-year-old opponent - also competing on his debut.
A body shot proved to be the final straw for Williams as he crumbled to the canvas and was unable to beat the count.
His only corner man - who donned a two-piece suit - failed to even check on the fighter as Williams writhed around in pain after the lightweight bout ended.
Emanuel Williams! Only had one corner man and he had on a two piece Dickie suit! Didnât even jump in the ring after his fighter was KOd. He let his fighter rolling around hurt. I thought it was a April fools day in November.

Williams’ technique was so poor, that even the commentators were laughing at how out of place he looked inside the ring.
And they weren’t the only ones, with boxing fans on Twitter in disbelief how he was allowed to compete.
