NBA great Cedric Ceballos has posted a frightening photo as he heads into an 11th day inside an intensive care unit fighting Covid-19.
The former NBA All-Star and the 1992 Slam Dunk Contest champion revealed his health battle in a Twitter post that has left NBA fans scared.
“On my 10th day in ICU, COVID-19 is officially kicking my but(t), I am asking ALL family, friends, prayer warriors healers for your prayers and well wish for my recovery,” he captioned the photo, which shows him sitting in a hospital bed wearing an oxygen mask.
“If I have done anything to you in the past, allow me to publicly apologise. My fight is not done….. Thx.”

As reported by the New York Post, the 52-year-old played in the NBA from 1990 through 2001.
In the 1992-93 season, as a member of the Suns, Ceballos led the league in field goal percentage at 57.6 per cent and averaged over 20 points per game with the Lakers in 1994-95, earning an NBA All-Star selection.
Ceballos became a cult hero during his two seasons with California State University, Fullerton, before he was snapped up in the second round of the NBA Draft.
