Guy dies inside at girlfriend’s brutal answer to ‘hall pass’ question

Video of two Yankees fans has gone viral after one woman gave a shocking answer to a question about her relationship “hall pass”.

The New York Yankees baseball team has been on a hot streak lately, but one fan lost dramatically.

In a viral man-on-the-street video filmed by Jake Kosack, the content creator went up to a couple outside Yankee Stadium and asked who they would use their “hall pass” on or who they would cheat on their current partner with if given a free pass, reports the New York Post.

Kosack asked the couple if they would grant each other a “hall pass” if it meant the Yankees winning the World Series.

“Anyone in the world?” the girl asked Kosack. “My ex-boyfriend.”

Her current boyfriend, who was standing to her right, grinned awkwardly before saying he would choose her. The girl sheepishly said the couple would fight about her answer before heading off.

“Why the ex-boyfriend?” Kosack asked the girl.

“He’s a good lover,” the girl responded, just to really double down on the insult.

Apparently no one ever explained to this woman that a “hall pass” is meant to be someone famous and unattainable. Or that it’s OK to lie sometimes.

Many of the commenters on social media pointed out that the current boyfriend handled this pretty admirably, “laughing through the pain” and walking away instead of causing a fight.

But you could tell he was dying on the inside, even if he tried to keep his emotions in check on the outside.
