Is the topscoring SuperCoach player of the opening three rounds — Brisbane Lions Lachie Neale — the must-have player we all think?

Neale has scored 45 points more than any other player to Round 3, enjoying a $39,000 price rise.

More than 2500 coaches have moved Nathan Fyfe to Neale this week after it was announced the Fremantle skipper would miss the western derby.

The merits of making a sideways trade to bring in Neale were one topic of discussion on this week’s SuperCoaches Box podcast.
